Summary: The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. We went to the bar and got food after a long day and the bartender was so friendly and nice. I definitely recommend going to see him during your stay.

Summary: Cleaning is not done daily and leaves a lot to be desired. The next day we had to change apartments because the one they gave us was very noisy, even though we had requested a quiet one.

Summary: Beautiful room and the best thickest double layered blackout shades I've ever seen! Great location and Waltham MBTA train to Boston S Station or 70 bus direct to Harvard Yard. We asked for a room on the far side of the hotel, away from interstate 95, which was very quiet (because a room on the I-95 side of the hotel is very close to the freeway traffic noise especially in the morning). Very well managed hotel.
