Villa offers you 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor dining areas with barbecue, kitchen, and living room, fully covered with free WiFi, pool with sun deck area, private beach, and panoramic and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, mountains, and island Brač from almost every corner.

Summary: Our group of eight had an outstanding stay in this exceptional beachside villa. The house comes well-equipped, offering both space and comfort. The kitchen and bar are generously stocked and the two grills provide perfect options for outdoor dining. We relished the villa's premium beach location and enjoyed our daily seaside activities. Added to the delights were the whirlpool and infinity pool, both of which elevated our relaxation experience. Our hosts were notably friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt thoroughly at home throughout our stay. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the light-blocking capacity of the curtains in some rooms. This would ensure an even more restful sleep, especially for those sensitive to morning sunlight. In summary, this villa offers a splendid holiday experience that we would recommend without hesitation. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

Summary: We booked to visit Villa Hrid the day before departing after our booked holiday was cancelled, and what a find it was! It looks just as the pictures show - a real luxury retreat! After getting our head around the layout (spread over three floors, only ground and 2nd floor in use, and linked by an outside stairway) we found it worked well for us. However we were all adults, this would not be suitable for a young family. We also moved some of the outdoor furniture into one place so that we could all sit together. The only real 'negative' is the lack of a large kitchen - cooking for 10 in the existing kitchen space is not the easiest, but we managed and nobody starved! It is about a 10 minute walk to the local harbour village of Mimice (couple of restuarants, bars, etc) and a small grocery shop, but this is along a busy road, which again, is not ideal if you have small children, but was OK for adults to do the morning breakfast run for fresh croissants! Overall an outstanding villa, everything was provided for us, all top quality. Also, the addition of a pool table, not shown in the pictures, in the games room was an absolute winner! The private beach and kayaks were also a hit! Sandra and Iveca and the most amazing hosts, so welcoming and helpful - even supplying fresh fish from market! Overall, we had a fantastic time, and will definitely be back!

Summary: We stayed for a week in late July, the villa is in a beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. The villa is separated into 3 separate floors which are not linked by an internal staircase. The middle floor is still being finished at the moment so we used the top floor - two double rooms, both en-suite and the lower floor. The lower floor consists of one separate double en suite room with its own front door and the lounge / kitchenette area with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom . This set up worked well as our party consisted of adults but if young children were present the separate living areas and floors may be a problem. The kitchen is very small for 10 people but we ate out most nights in nearby Omis, so only breakfast and lunch was prepared at the villa There are several outdoor ovens and dining areas There is a large room on the top floor which has a bar area fridge coffee machines etc & pool table and large dining table, this room is independent of the other rooms. The beach is a real bonus and well worth the 199 steps down (and back up 🥵) , the 3 kayaks are great fun Overall we had a fantastic week, the villa is very clean and we were made v welcome with a very tasty welcome pack including local tuna and cheese We would love to return to the area soon Thank you for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful villa

Summary: Villa Hrid is a little slice of paradise. The online pictures are spectacular but the reality is even better. Sandra and Ivica are fantastic hosts meeting us with a great welcome pack and bringing us fresh fish from the market to cook on the grill. The Villa is very well designed and equipped and all is of the highest quality. We enjoyed everything about the villa but particularly the pool area, games room/bar and the beach and kayaks. We cannot wait to return and are sorry to be leaving. Thanks to Sandra and Ivica for a wonderful vacation.

Summary: After an one-hour drive from Split airport along the coast and the beautiful little towns we arrived in Mimince at the Villa Hrid. Sandra and Ivan welcomed us so lovely. My friends and I were overwhelmed by the beauty of the view of the sea and the villa. The villa is much more beautiful than in the pictures. Words and pictures can’t describe how beautiful the location is. In addition to the lovingly decorated rooms and seatings, the top equipped kitchen/s and barbecue areas, the "Party room" with table tennis table and a dartboard, the gorgeous infinity pool and whirlpool, the villa offers a beautiful garden with various herbs and vegetables. Nearby there is a mini-supermarket which can be easily reached by foot. Sandra and Ivan were so nice and provided us with fresh fish, which was indescribably delicious. On the special occasion of my birthday Sandra even baked a delicious cake for us. The cakes was so delicious! Once again many thanks for that. I was very touched! Furthermore the villa offers a super nice beach section where we did yoga in the morning. Another highlight of the villa were the two canoes 😊 There are even life jackets for young and old. We also discovered a fishing rod 😉 The villa is simply well equipped. Thanks again for letting us be your guests. We had a wonderful time and could take precious memories! We'll be back! Summary: Great place to relax, in between Omis and Makarska once you are looking for fun and attaractions but really quiet although it's directly close to a street. We enjoyed the private beach, the provided kayaks for excursions on the sea and the high-quality interieur inside the house. Of course the magnificent view of the sea and the crystal-clear water was really impressive. Very nice owners which offered us sea food and local specialties. Finally if you ask whether we would recommend this accommodation to friends or whether we would come back .... the answer will YES.

Summary: Sandra and Ivan met us with a lovely welcome pack and full villa tour, explaining how everything worked. The bed rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The facilities in general were very good, with fridge space and tv's throughout. The kitchen is small but practical and there are 2 outside BBQ areas, all set up to go. The real prizes are however the fantastic terraces and incredible sea views from all of them. It really is a stunning setting! The infinity pool and deck is also beautifully created, with a hot water open air shower. (Perhaps pool towels could be provided..) The owners are extremely helpful with sourcing fresh food and on travel advice/local attractions. They are also helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. The private beach area is almost 200 steps down, but well worth the effort, with excellent kayak facilities, sun loungers and another fridge. Your own car is strongly advised, as there is very little within easy walking distance; it really is a quiet haven. The only word of warning is that the entrance to the villa site is directly off a busy coastal road (no real noise due to villa design). The access is difficult and very steep. There is car parking for 3-4 vehicles, but it is not an easy site. Advise an automatic car and/or bigger engines to deal with the gradient (maybe a better driver than me too!). Overall this is a wonderful property that we have been privileged to stay in. We would have no problem recommending this property as not only a beautiful place, but providing very good value for money. Not only would we recommend it, we would be delighted to stay there again in the future. I am certain too that Sandra and Ivan's plans will only ever make this villa even better in the future. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely place.
