Summary: We booked the property to host a family Christmas. The house was spacious, warm, decorated for the festive season and had all the facilities to cook a proper Christmas lunch. We could relax by the fire, admire the beautiful views from the big windows and everyone had good sleeps in the comfortable beds. There were good cycling, running and walking routes from the house and games to play indoors. We'd come back again.

Summary: Fantastic location. Great view of the Rhune and a lovely walk to the nearby recreation lake. Very comfortable, well equipped house. Perfect for a reunion with friends. Particularly liked all the outside furniture.
