Positive: One of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen during our holidays: the view over the Athos mountain, the position of the house and it's beautiful garden, the terraces along the house, the outside shower and the night lights highlighting the houses surroundings even during the night.

Negative: We cannot say something that we did not like during our time spent there.

Positive: Location and see views are great, the villa is really nice, even better than in the pictures. Children enjoyed the Jacuzzi a lot. We used the barbeque once. The terraces are really nice. The house interior design is very pleasant. Parking was very good as well. And Sarti with all the shops and restaurants, terraces and supermarket is very close by. The owner was also very kind, he waited for us with the keys. We had a very good time there!

Negative: We had some small issues with water because the water reservoir got empty and the pressure was very low and then one morning we didn't had water at all but they were fixed before lunch time. The airco in the living room was not good enough to cool down the upstairs bedroom in the night, then the owner told me afterwards that we didn't use the remote correctly which I doubt, but the airco in the room on the ground floor was good. Some things were not so good maintained like the doors mosquito net which were broken. Beside that the house is very nice and we liked it a lot, maybe we were a bit unlucky with the water and airco upstairs in the end, I don't know if anyone else experienced the same, hope not.

Summary: Very nice house and great views to Athos and the sea! We recommend!
