This lovely 3 bedroom villa is located just meters from the sea and enjoys fabulous views of the Ayia Thekla coastline. Just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa. 30 mins from Larnaca Airport, it is an excellent villa choice for families and mixed couples looking for a relaxing stay in a great location, but close enough to get to the nearest beaches and Ayia Napa.The villa is modern and nicely furnished. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with cosy seating that convert into beds and Smart TV. The dining area seats 8 persons and the fitted kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs features a further 2 double bedrooms, one which has doors leading onto a spacious balcony with fabulous sea views. There is also a family bathroom with bath upstairs and separate shower cubicle and toilet on the ground floor. The villa enjoys an expansive garden area with a large swimming pool. There is lots of room for sunbathing and outside dining. Free WIFI and freeview/smart TV are available and the villa is full air-conditioning.

Summary: Enjoyed the pool and location within 15-20 min driving distance to beaches. Enjoyed having dinner under the veranda which also has lights at night. Had to buy our own coffee, though, even though there was an espresso pod machine without pods. Some kitchen items out of date or broken, like french press that had chipped glass so be careful.

Summary: This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Villa Harsha and yet again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had cause to call the management company and the problems we had were resolved within 24 hours . One problem being the dishwasher which was replaced. We love the area of Ayia Thekla and the Villa is like a home from home. As normal it was really hard to leave and return to the UK.

Summary: Such a lovely place to spend time relaxing after a family wedding. The villa was well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We hired a car to get around although there is a well run bus service locally.

Summary: The villa had everything we needed, was well looked after and very secure. Spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the lovely pool which was cleaned twice by the friendly pool guys during our one week stay. Would not hesitate to recommend Villa Harsha to anyone wishing to stay in Ayia Thekla.
