Positive: The property was beautiful. Tucked in the heart of the forest, although still very close to the city centre by car, it was the perfect location. The cabins were quiet, peaceful and looked after to an exceptional standard. The hosts were very polite and nothing was any trouble for them. The breakfast options were vast and it was refilled every morning - we were pleasantly surprised by this. The fire pit was so cosy and we bought marshmallows to roast over it. The trail was safe to walk at night to explore to the aurora and was only a short, 5 minute walk to the view point and lake. I can’t put into words how amazing this place is - myself and my partner are so sad to be leaving.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!

Summary: Breathtaking and exceptional. We can’t fault a single thing!

Positive: Happy fox was such an adorable place to stay. The two hosts(or owners?) we met were so very kind. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. They had things stocked in the fridge which was so lovely. The property is amazing and so peaceful. We used the sleds they had offered to us and went for a short walk down to a lake. It was so snowy and beautiful. Surpassed my expectations.
