Positive: Wow, where do I start….waking up to the sunrise with an absolutely outstanding view with the occasional flight coming into land on the horizon - just wow! The space was fantastic - we stayed in the master bedroom the bed was huge, room was huge. Property has lots of bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, lounge / dining area is huge, kitchen is huge, big TV in lounge and comfortable U shape sofa. Outside space and gardens very big and maintained. Lots of space for parking, and securely gated property with cctv cameras for outside spaces. Pool was fine but a little cold to swim this time of year (expected). Petros was fantastic and on hand to sort any problems. Will definitely stay again highly recommend this property.

Negative: A few issues but very quickly resolved. Jacuzzi bath when emptying would flood the bathroom floor but Petros quickly fixed this issue, neighbors dog/dogs barking during the night (happened on 2 of our nights at 3-4am), I’m a light sleeper so did wake me. Personal taste but could do with a bit of modernising - ie furniture/interior.

Summary: Perfect stay, Perfect views, Perfect staff 🧡

Positive: Exceptional villa, with wonderful views out to sea. Good size pool. great outside areas, including bbq and dining. Located at the top of a hill, behind security gates with lots a parking available. Close to Corfu Town and the excellent restaurants in Benitses are just a 10 minute drive. The handover staff were excellent and very informative.

Negative: Being close to the airport, the occasional plane goes by but it's not intrusive or too noisy. You can hear the entertainment from a hotel below the villa, but again it's not intrusive and finishes by 11pm. The roads in the area can be narrow and very twisty, so you need to be confident driving.

Summary: Exceptional villa, with wonderful views out to sea.

Positive: Huge space, clean, good water pressure in shower 🚿, hot water all day long. The pool is amazing and the view is spectacular 😺 The villa is fully equipped with everything you need and more.

Negative: Still no good AC in Greece in general and also in this villa. The bed is not that comfortable but decent.
