Negative: Description mentioned a closed private parking space, but parking is on the very busy public road.

Positive: This villa is simply beautiful, and the apartments are very cozy and clean. The view is simply magical at any time of day and in any weather! Lots of nice touches (bath robes, comfortable bed, delicious coffee…) By the way, there are also dishes (in a beautiful chest of drawers in the right corner at the entrance to the living room). Although a couple of deep salad bowls would not hurt. Overall, it was so good that I did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful vacation…

Negative: This is more of a warning for very tall people! The apartment is entirely on the attic floor.

Positive: At first glance, the apartments are cosy, with a beautiful view of the lake. There are utensils, which makes it possible to make breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that there are bathrobes and slippers.

Negative: I was very surprised to find out that there was an additional €30 cleaning fee for the apartment. In addition, I was initially billed 60 euros for cleaning by mistake. This is the first time in my practice that I have seen guests pay for cleaning after themselves. When we asked if we could stay at least 30 minutes after 10 (this is the check-out time), we were refused and asked to leave the apartment at 10 o'clock sharp. There is no customer focus. There are no restaurants or shops nearby. There are no sidewalks for pedestrians either. If you don't have a car, it will be a problem, buses run, and it's good that the bus stop is right next to the apartment.

Positive: The location is fantastic, there is a cute terrace facing the lake directly

Negative: The host was a little unresponsive, i tried to communicate that we are three people who need three blankets, and he kept asking back if i need towels. The coffee machine worked weirdly, couldnt find any proper cups or plates, irregardless of the pic on the booking page.

Positive: Very clean apartment with beautiful view, that’s all we need for our trip and it has it! Location is also perfect, if you rent a car you can reach Menaggio (also Varenna and Bellagio from Menaggio) in 30 min and Como on the other side. Nearby is Argegno which was actually my favourite city of all we saw in few days, where you can eat something outside. The view made our trip definitely!

Negative: Check-in with Vikey can be stressful for someone who never used before, like me. But now I got new experience.
