Positive: All was super 👌. The convenience, atmosphere, location, road, lake view, space - all is 10/10. Large conveniently equipped rooms are perfect. It was very clean. You can find 2-3 places in house to take a sit and talk with friends/family. The inside dinner table and outside terrace are both available to look thr lake. A very big common room is full balcony around with nice view. Shower in each bedroom is excellent to stay with couple of pairs or big family. I am sure we haven't felt all the positive experiences staying just for one night, and surely we would stay longer and recommend to everyone! Good secured parking a big benefit in the mounty location.

Positive: Our stay at Villa Gli Ulivi was just perfect. The location overlooking the lake was awesome. Our fatigue just disappeared as soon as we stepped onto the balcony of the living room. We had a big group of 13 people but the accommodation was sufficient. The kitchen had all the required kitchenware. The hosts were very friendly. They had even kept a bottle of wine for us as a welcome drink. If you want a peaceful, relaxed stay of 3-4 days near lake como, then this a very good place. The ferry point is 8-10 min walk by stairs and 20-25 minutes by road. Plus the town itself has such a beautiful lakefront with restaurants. Great stay. Would definitely come back if any trip materializes.

Negative: Only for people who don't like to walk, it's an uphill walk to the property. Though the hosts are more than willing to arrange a taxi(35 Euro).
