This stylish independent villa, located in a context of vacation houses and recently renewed in a large part of the building, is located in a privileged position, on the hills of Perledo, and offers a splendid view of Lake Como. Surrounded by a large garden, the property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, and is perfect for those looking for an exclusive stay of relaxation and comfort, a stone’s throw from Varenna, known as the gem of Lake Como
You will have access to the entire property, on one level, with spacious and functional interiors, private courtyard in the shadiest part of the garden and apanoramic porch, ideal for moments of relaxation outdoors.
The entrance is via a stepped path that connects the private parking to the green area with porch, continuing to the main door of the villa. The living area, facing south and overlooking the lake, includes a large living room with a decorative fireplace, dining table and relaxation area with sofa and armchairs, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony. The sleeping area, more private, includes a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a second double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a second full bathroom. Hot water is provided via 2 electric boilers, with a total capacity of 180 liters.
From the kitchen there is direct access to the outdoor area. The spaces have been designed to offer a comfortable experience in every detail: beds with quality mattresses, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, kitchen complete with dishes, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster; dining table, flat screen TVs in the double bedrooms; in the bathroom washing machine, hairdryer.
