It is in a countryside quiet area, 12 kilometers from Parikia (capital - main Port) and 2 kilometers from Paros airport (absolutely no noise, planes do not pass over the house). It is also 50 meters from a bus-stop with frequent connections to airport and the capital , 2 kilometres from popular Faragas beach and 3 kilometers from Punda kite-surfing beach.

The villa is on ground floor, 120 sq. meters, ready to offer you a pleasant and peaceful stay. In the spacious verandas / balconies you can enjoy the beautiful view of the countryside and sea.

There is a fireplace ( not functioning) decorating the living room. Summary: It. Was. Amazing!! I wish we had booked our stay longer! It was in an excellent location and we rented a car and explored the island! The host was in constant contact when I needed to ask a question and was able to check in early! Would absolutely recommend!

Summary: Villa Giorgianna was perfect for our two-week stay on Paros. It is clearly well-managed, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Margarita, the property manager, was very helpful the few times we needed her help The location at the southern end of Paros in Alyki was convenient for easy access to the main villages and all the beaches while being tranquil and quiet. We highly recommend Villa Giorgianna for a really fine stay on Paros.

Summary: This place was better than expected. This is walking distance to Aliki beach. This house was gorgeous the host was so helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable and home like. The area is phenomenal.

Summary: My wife, two grown children and I stayed here in September. The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. Living room has ample seating with a nice Flat screen TV, with an international app making easy to find US channels for entertainment. Although we didn't cook much, the kitchen is large and set up well if you did want to prepare your meals there. Outdoor spaces are comfortable and have stunning views of the Aegean Sea. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool after a day of exploring island. The little village of Aliki is small and quiet, but has plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and a great beach. All within a five minute walk.

Summary: Extremely nice host, easy communication and quick support when needed. House is beautiful and the Pool and terrasse are amazing. The location is right in front of the street and a bit too far to walk to the center and the Beach (with kids)

Summary: I have to first mention Margarita who was responsive and when above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our two week stay. The house was well appointed and comfortable with fantastic wifi and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The house was a perfect size for us, allowing us to wait out a few days of rainy weather and leverage the good weather in the lovely outdoor spaces. There is real care given to the design and care of the house and it makes it feel like a home and not a rental. IT's very close to the sweet town of Aliki and yet you can hike for hours, swim at the beach, shop etc all without getting in a car. The house was quiet and we sat outside in the evening just staring at the view. It was a stellar visit and we really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner with our questions!
