Positive: Spiros is an excellent host who gives a warm welcome and provides endless help. He is always accessible and gives you a lot of advice based on your need. The house is located in a small town, central location in the island, where you can find easily a bakery, a pharmacy and a small restaurant. You can go to closest beaches by car in 30min. The house is very clean, fully equipped, has a large space and has a small garden where you can spend your evening in calm. The fact that you can park your car inside is a plus especially for us travelling with a big car.

Summary: Cosy house and a great host !

Positive: Great stay. Spiros was absolutely enchanting, he received us, took us to the house and recommended a lot of places. It's a typical house in a small village, close to the best beaches on the island and perfect for moving around by car. Nights are fresh, we enjoyed very much the dinners in the garden. Loved the place!

Negative: Maybe some things in the house are a bit old, but all is clean and working and beautiful, and so worthy for the price!

Positive: This stone house is ideal in the summer because it doesn’t get so hot inside, it was cool even when the air temperature in Lefkada crossed 38 degrees. The garden is nice and offers a good space for relaxing. The owner offered all the information we needed and more, and was very receptive and responded fast on the phone to all our needs / questions. The price is also great for what it offers, it is a “bang for the buck”.

Negative: The location is not ideal if you want to travel often to Lefkas or Nydri (about 20 mins drive) because you need to drive the car and sometimes it might be hard to find a parking place in those areas. But, at the same time, the area is not crowded by tourists, so this offers very pleasent and quiet nights, with better air quality.

Positive: 2 adults and 2 kids stayed there for 10 days. In this time they cleaned the house twice, changed bed sheets and towels. Host was very helpful with the information we needed about the island and with a lot of other questions we had. We didn't use the AC because the temperature dropped at night and we had a good sleep. There were no neighbours around so we had a lot of privacy. I like this side of island because it is not heavily populated.

Negative: We have a SUV which was very hard to park on property
