Our house is located in the south of the Thuringian Forest,
in a quiet location.
It was renovated in March 2019 and
has a high quality equipment with fireplace and balcony.

Equipment:
The house is detached on the southern slope. Two to a maximum of six people can live in it. The living area extends over three levels, which are open, connected by a central spiral staircase.
On the ground floor is the living area with hallway, round table, inglenook fireplace, kitchenette and small dining area and the balcony.
There are bathrooms, a narrow double bed and a wardrobe. At First, half a floor up, is the actual sleeping area for two people.
Next two people can sleep in the basement with shower / WC and terrace.
The house is only rented for two or more people.
The fortified open space in front of and the garden around the house can be used individually.
Pets are not allowed.
In the house may not be smoked.

Summary: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking right out front. For us it was nice having the bedrooms and bathrooms separated creating two private areas for our group. We appreciated not being in town with the ability to be in town in a few minutes by car. The owners of this property are very nice and easy to work with
