Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful. They had our room ready even though check in was not until the afternoon. They helped us in so many ways. The property was very clean and the room spacious. I would not hesitate to book this property again if staying in Positano

Negative: Not the property's fault but because the property is a pedestrian area only we had to walk quite a way with our luggage to access our private car transfer

Positive: Christiana our concierge was INCREDIBLE!! The view from our suite was SPECTACULAR! The location was just steps from ferry, resturaunts, shopping, etc. Our suite had a wrap around balcony with comfy furniture and small kitchenette. I would not imagine staying anywhere else with the top notch service, location and beauty of this location. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here😁
