Positive: Just wonderful! From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we reluctantly left. Wonderful staff, every single one of them! A special mention to Mathan ( I hope I have spelled that correctly) who went above and beyond, he is a real credit. The breakfast lived up to the hype! Location was fantastic! There are a few steps to navigate up to the property, but it works off the pasta and it is worth it when you reach the top! The staff deal with all your luggage and if you are driving to the hotel, take the recommendation to park at Russo car park just 40m away, hassle free and perfectly located. The property is classy, elegant and beautiful, so calm and tranquil above the madding crowds of Positsno! The attention to every detail was incredible! Thank you team Casa Buonocore for a PERFECT stay.

Positive: The breakfast every morning was wonderful - fresh and lots of items. You sit on the lovely patio to enjoy the breakfast. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our suite had the most gorgeous view of the ocean and mountainside.

Negative: Lots of steps to the property but worth it for the amazing property.

The property was originally Alessio’s family home, lovingly renovated into a boutique hotel that blends authentic charm with refined elegance - and that personal warmth shines through in every corner. Alessio himself made our stay unforgettable. He personally carried our bags up what felt like endless Positano stairs, then welcomed us with refreshing drinks and the kind of conversation that immediately made us feel at home. His knowledge of both the hotel and the town is incredible - full of useful tips, hidden gems and stories that brought Positano to life. Every recommendation he gave was absolutely spot on. Our room was truly gorgeous: bright, airy, beautifully styled, and with an authentic feel that still offered modern comfort. Despite being right in the heart of Positano, it felt like a peaceful, secluded oasis with a beautiful view - a place to exhale. The amenities were another standout. A free mini-bar replenished daily, unlimited still and sparkling water on tap, complimentary coffee and tea available anytime- it all added to the feeling of effortless luxury. And the breakfast? Unbelievably fresh, generous and prepared with so much care. It quickly became something we looked forward to each morning. Positive: This place was awesome. Breakfast was amazing. Good Wi-Fi and the A/C was strong. Coffee all day and cold water available too. Beach bag and towels were available. Rooms were as shown on the website. The staff’s English was very good and they were helpful. You leave your key with the reception when going out. Reasonably priced I thought too for Positano.

Negative: All good. Some guests were a bit loud coming in and noise travels in the building but not really the property’s issue.
