He goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. For his hospitality, I give him a well-deserved 10/10. ⸻ The Villa The villa has a very comfortable living room with a TV and super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi, available 24/7. The living area is both practical and cozy. Every room is equipped with powerful air conditioners, including the children’s rooms, which also have double beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is an additional shared bathroom and toilet. For comfort and convenience, this deserves 10/10. Inside the house, there is a wardrobe fully stocked with white, perfectly clean towels, bed linens, and sheets. There are also sets in different colors, all fresh and plentiful. This attention to detail deserves another 10/10. The cleanliness of the entire villa, both inside and outside, is impeccable – truly deserving of a perfect score. ⸻ Outdoor Areas In the common outdoor areas, there are tables and chairs everywhere – you can enjoy your coffee by the pool, have your meal at the entrance, or use the barbecue near the garage and dine there as well. The outdoor spaces are just as functional and inviting as the interiors. ⸻ Overall Impression As someone who has traveled for many years, both in summer and winter, I can say this is one of the rarest high-quality places I have ever stayed. Positive: George and Lena were fantastic hosts, packed the house with everything one may need and then some, accommodated our every (and changing) need, and answered every question we had about the area. The apartment is very comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The beach, supermarkets, and restaurants were all a short drive away. It’s also quite close to the airport, but you don’t feel it while you’re there.

I hardly had to reach out because the home is so smartly planned out & George will give you great suggestions on places to eat, beaches to visit, and sights to see. A gorgeous and spacious home-you will feel so comfortable , like home away from home. Bedrooms & Bathrooms are in abundance, great hot water, with excellent wifi coverage & an extra large TV. This property was spotless! The Pool was fantastic and used every day as the temperature climbed. What a bonus! You get complete privacy with Villa Filoxenia & the landscaping around the home adds to its beauty. Location Location Location: 10 min to nearest beaches, 25 min from airport, 45 min to the heart of Athens for breathtaking Mt Olympus, 40 min to Temple of Poseidon, and stunning beaches along the coast. Approx 40 min drive to Piraeus Harbor for island hopping & 5 min drive to supermarket, pharmacy & gas station. No question-rent a car to enjoy all of the conveniences. If I visit Athens again, I will definitely, absolutely be booking with Villa Filoxenia again! Efharistó

Positive: The villa is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and it has everything you need (plus complimentary food and drinks upon arrival - a nice touch and much appreciated). The pool is a good size and very clean. George is the most amazing host; attentive, welcoming, communicates clearly and really strives for his guests to have an amazing time. Positive: The owner met us and showed around the Villa,we had a welcome hamper and all the essential food in the fridge which was very nice!The pool is lovely,the location is perfect for quite rest!It is 5-7 min drive to the beach! Uber and Freenow services are available. In overall we were very happy with the property and the location.George the owner does go extra mile....:)

Positive: House was very well equipped. It is located in quite location in 15 minutes drive from airport. Nearest supermarket was 5 minutes drive. House has everything we needed for stay. Rooms were spacious and beds were large and comfortable. Living room was good for larger family, It had fireplace which we did not use as it was hot outside. All rooms were equippied with air conditioning. House is excelent for families with kids, there was slide, swings and some scooters which kids used. Kithen had everything we needed, very well equipped. There was free wifi which worked fine in all rooms. Hosts were very welcomming and helpful. They provided us with information about nearest atractions, beaches, restaurants. We enjoyed stay here.
