Summary: The villa and its location was excellent, it was nice to get up in the morning a go for a swim before a shower and breakfast. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities. The outside space provided an excellent area for the family for relaxing and sunbathing. We would highly recommend the villa and location.

Summary: We are two families staying together with our four daughters. This was a perfect house for everyone. The garden is a comfortable haven with gates straight onto the beach. Well equipped and comfortable. Could use a fan above the outdoor table, though!

Summary: Our group of four couples stayed at Villa Fay for a week in April. The property is in a very nice location with direct access to the beach, and has all the facilities for which one could wish. The outdoor space is particularly lovely, comprising a large patio, a well-manicured lawn, tables, chairs, sun-beds and a large barbecue. The surrounding area was very quiet when we were there, as the season had only just started, but there are a couple of local shops and tavernas a five-minute walk away. The village of Lardos is approximately 2 kilometers from the property and has some nice places to shop, eat and drink. The owners were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering staying there.
