4 Bedroom Villa in Buger

Wonderful villa set in the countryside in Buger, Mallorca, a very quiet town also close to the highway. It is very private area and provides a very easy access to all the island.
This ancient country property was recently renewed into a large and comfortable villa. The beautiful private pool is in front of the house. The hall is open to the lovely dining room and the full equipped kitchen, and to the quiet patio in the back of the house, where the barbeque area is set. On the right, there is a bedroom with a bathroom en suite. On the left, there is the living room, and a corridor that leads us upstairs, to a large bedroom with a private living room and a bathroom. Back to the hall, the stairs leads us to two more large bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom and a private terrace, and the other two with a bathroom and a living area. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and all of them contain two single beds. The central heating costs 1,10 euros per litter and it's under request. This extra cost is going to be charged at the end of the stay after checking the tank.
Buger is a small town on a hill and offers authentic Mallorcan flair.
Pollenca is 15 km away and it is 20 km to the north coast, with the well-known towns of Puerto de Pollenca, Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia. All relevant Spanish (Mercadona and Eroski) and German (Lidl and Aldi) supermarkets are available in Inca (approx. 10 minutes drive). Palma as well as the longest beaches of Mallorca in the bay of Alcudia are only 20 to 30 minutes away. The probably most interesting flea market of the island takes place every Sunday in Consell, which is only 10 minutes away. Thanks to the good transport connections, the villa is an ideal starting point to many beaches, good shopping possibilities, wonderful excursion destinations, hiking and cycling trails as well as to the airport of the island capital Palma.
If your group consists of more people, you have the option of booking the neighbouring accommodation ‘Villa es Sastador’ and ‘Villa Can Mir’, which can accommodate a further 12 people. In this case, contact us with time to organize the calendar.

Summary: The villa has a beautiful garden with plenty of space for outdoor activities, we had several barbecue nights which turned out to be the highlight of the stay. Summary: Die Finca hat einen besonderen Flair und bietet viel Platz für 8-10 Personen. Sie ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Bäder waren alle sauber, müssten aber doch bald nochmals renoviert werden da sich aufgrund mangelnder Lüftung Schimmel ansetzt. Der Küchenblock war super, eine Schublade aber defekt. Die Kaffeemaschine war verkalkt und deshalb nicht funktionsfähig. Die Matratzen der Betten waren alle sehr bequem. Der Pool sowie der gesamte Garten war sauber und gepflegt. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne ursprüngliche Landfinca, deren Funktionalität natürlich in allen Bereichen regelmäßig überprüft werden muss. Der Aufenthalt war Anfang Oktober und vielleicht deshalb haben uns Mücken sehr attackiert. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A beautiful house with everything you need, including a pool, a covered outdoor area with a grill, a pool house with a washing machine, garden games and much more. The host was lovely and stopped by to keep the pool clean. We had the best time at this beautiful house and will definitely be back.

Summary: Nice big house. Good renovated bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen equipment and kitchen facilities could definately use an update. Kind host. Flexible on check-in. We could have used some local guidance. Nice pool, but would have been nice if the outdoor kitchen and lounge area was combined with the pool area and not on two different sides of the house. The house is located deserted and far from everything.

Summary: What a fantastic place to stay, will definitely be coming again. The villa is beautiful with plenty of room for 10 people. Great outdoor spaces from the outdoor BBQ kitchen area to the loungers round the pool. Good location - plenty of parking andeasily accessible . Only 40mins to Palma, 15mins to Alcudia. Pep and Maggie are always quick to respond and very helpful . Tom the owner was easy to contact and offered some good local insight into places to go. We all really enjoyed our trip here and look forward to a future visit.

Summary: Beautiful Finca with great outdoor area incl. pool, bbq-area & sundeck. Perfect for a group of friends. Tomeu was super-friendly and a great host. Early check-in and late check-out were possible, which was a big plus for us. We definitely recommend to stay here.

Summary: Die Finca war wunderschön, sehr modern und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit 5 Paaren und jeder hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Tomeu war immer erreichbar und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Lage eignet sich für einenentspannten Finca Urlaub und man brauchte mit den Auto nicht lange zum Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen :)
