Positive: Private, quiet area. Spacious. The pool and the hot tub are a plus. Sauna available on the property (dif not use). Overall we had a relaxing weekend despite some rain.
Negative: Quite new so a few minor things still need to be finalized, it was however not inconvenient for our group.
