Positive: Rooms and kitchen were well renovated, barbeque are was really good. Good parking and host.

Negative: The rooms in a second floor of an bigger renovated building, it is not a single vila, and that was not obvious from the pictures. Bed lining and bathroom supplyes were minimal. Wi-Fi was single rooter, with bad coverage and questionable sequrity.

Summary: A lot of rooms, close to the center, with good parking. Rooms are nice but extras are minimal.

Positive: The place is a renovated old building, but it has not lost its charm. You have plenty of space and lost of cozy rooms including a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing in the villa's kitchen is a dishwasher. But there is one in the outer room in the yard where the barbeque is. There is air conditioning in the living room which is sufficient enough to warm up the place for the winter. Overall the property is great for its value and you have plenty of space to fit all your family. There is also a swimming pool which is open during the summer. The hostess was a very friendly older woman that gave us a warm welcome.

Negative: The cleanliness is a bit questionable, there is a lot of black mold in all of the bathrooms and in my opinion it's a health hazard to stay there for a long time. Other than that everything was great - it was warm during our stay in the winter and it had all the necesities.
