Positive: The best host ever. I had a birthday and the pool was not clean, because of the construction nearby, but the owner came and cleared the pool and the jacuzzi. Very polite and fun. 100% recommend.

Negative: It's a bit hard to park the car at first, but you get used to it after a few attempts.

Positive: Good location, not too far from ocean, and without city noise.

Negative: If you travel with family you would be happy to have a bit more kitchen stuff. Nice to have soap and shampoo, we had to buy all this. Dishwasher and this place would be 10 out of 10)

Positive: The villa was modern and cozy and fully equiped for everything for a longer stay.

Negative: There were a lot of stray cats who woke us up every morning and sometimes pooped in the garden. The roof is covered in dried poop - thankfully it never rained. The electricity acted weird.. Im guessing the machine by the pool drained the electricity.. Sometimes the entire house went black (lights dimmed to maybe 5% only) for as long as the machine did it's noises... *Only minor inconveniences tho, if you fix those problems - it'd be a full 10 stars :)

Positive: We met the host at check-in and we had a very welcoming briefing related to everything we needed to know about the villa, plus the recommendations about the surroundings and various locations which made our stay exceptional. Always was looking after us and they played a important role in our holiday and we are really appreciated. Definitely next time in Tenerife would be the same place for us. I am strongly recommend
