Summary: a lovely property with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Very clean, well equipped, our bed was slightly too firm but that is just personal preferences. it is a steep road to the property but the owner sent excellent photographs of the approach which made it easy. Two small supermarkets in walking distance and a pleasant local bar opposite the lower one.

Summary: This holiday house is inside and outside in best condition!! Extreme clean and we loved the outside kitchen with a BBQ . The possibility to use a pool of your own is a great value during the stay on Madeira, Caletha beach is small and most crowded. We felt welcome at the Villa da Rocha and left with great memories.

Summary: Jorge was most helpful in may ways during our stay. The house was perfect for 2 couples - separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The outdoor space was spacious and sunny - the pool was so inviting however we were too chicken to enter in November!

Summary: A great place for a holiday in Madeira. Fantastic house on the south of the island where the sun is always shining. The house is new, fully equipped and very clean. A swimming pool in optimal size is perfectly maintained and only at our disposal. Quiet neighborhood. A very good starting point for exploring the island. Unforgettable views from the terrace. Perfect contact with the owner. We would be happy to come back. Really recommendable.

Summary: Beautiful design and execution in the building and facilities. Wonderful view! Exceeded expectations on everything. Loved being able to sit outside to eat The barbecue was great. Such a clean and comfortable place. Only caveat was the quality of sheets and pillows. Would have loved a larger bed and a heated pool, but the dishwasher was a bonus. As older tottery folks a railing on the wall between the car and door would be helpful. Loved that the pool had steps to get in. We really shouldn't complain about the temperature of the pool - we swim in much colder at home in Canada lol Jorge was very kind to wait while we got lost on the way to check-in - only because we made a wrong turn instead of staying on the main road.
