In the heart of the Normandy Oise, its hilly and green landscapes, come and relax at the "Villa Des Eaux Ouïes", a spacious farmhouse of 210 m² tastefully renovated and able to accommodate 14 people (+ 4 additional people with rental of the adjoining guest house, for a total of 18 people). In the quiet of the Pays de Bray and only 1 hour from Paris, also take advantage of the space in the large, fully fenced garden with heated swimming pool (15m by 5m) and also a 6-person spa accessible all year round.
Located 20 minutes from Beauvais and its Paris-Beauvais international airport, from the A16 Paris / Amiens / Belgium motorway exit, and from the magnificent village of Gerberoy (classified among the most beautiful in France), and 2 km from the 'Green Avenue connecting Paris to London by bike
On the ground floor: spacious living room composed of a dining room with open fitted kitchen and large fireplace. A bathroom (walk-in shower + large bathtub); two double bedrooms (160x200 bed); a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds convertible into a double bed); separate wc.
Upstairs: living room (140 cm TV, DVD player, Wifi); 1 master suite (160x200 bed) with access to a bathroom with shower, spa bath and WC; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and a double bed (160x200). A third independent double bedroom (160x200 bed) with its own shower and wc, which is accessed by the external staircase.

Summary: We spent a lovely week at the property. The house is well organised and very clean. The kids loved the garden and the spa. We appreciated the second fridge!Communication with Gaelle was very fluid and she reacted quickly to our questions. The area is peaceful, but lots of things to visit in the area. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

Summary: What a wonderful week we had at Villa des Eaux Ouies! Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful, from showing us round everything, to being just a text message away throughout the week for any little thing we needed. The house itself was immaculately clean, we could tell that everything had been done really thoroughly. Was it brand new and freshly painted? No. Did it need to be? No. The villa is clean, functional and comfortable which is exactly what we need it to be for a week's holiday. The pool and outside area was lovely - its a really good-sized pool and the kids in our party spent most of their time in there. Plenty of sun loungers and two big cantilever parasols made life very comfortable for anyone who wasnt in the water! The diving board is no longer there, which wasnt a problem for us, although we recommended to the owners that the exposed joint is covered and filled in. The lawned garden beyond the pool is a fantastic size and has a small swing set/climbing frame which was great for the younger children who were with us. The spa room is a brilliant addition - the hot tub was a great novelty, and everyone had at least one dip in it. We were so happy with our stay that we booked for the following summer while we were there! And if thats not a recommendation, i dont know what is.

Summary: We stayed at this amazing rural Gite from august 19-26, it was very clean, plenty of kitchen equipment, the beds were comfortable, lots of places to sit, my family enjoyed the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool so much so we didn’t venture too far as we were all so happy to enjoy the Gite and it’s gardens, we hope to return next year

Summary: Outside...great potential but inadequate lounging chairs and no umbrellas..also tiles coming off in pool..very sharp and one child cut foot. Photo shows spring board but been removed. Kitchen very well equipped but no spare cupboards for food..oven not adequate and in poor repair. Upstairs toilet broken. Nowhere to hang clothes..only one room with wardrobe..difficult if there for a period of time. As I said a lovely property but in need of some care.

Summary: A perfect environment if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday. Only the odd cockeral or cow moo in the distance. Property clean with comfortable beds. It is well equipped. It is a little tired and I have written to the Owner with some observations.

Summary: With a big pool, a jacuzzi, table tennis and a big living room upstairs, there is something there for everybody. Because there is so much to do at the house, it's not TOO bad that it's far away from bigger cities, grocery stores or restaurants. The owner was very friendly and quite prompt in responding to my messages.

Summary: Generally a very good stay. Guillaume the owner most helpful. Torrential downpour caused clogged drains to over spill into courtyard which was sorted promptly. Property is great but needs some attention. Pool was super but could have been cleaner. Hot tub excellent. Kitchen equipment was adequate but flagstone floor in desperate need of deep clean. Surrounding area great for biking. Gerberoy village beautiful. Beauvais has good parks ( marcel) and Canada Plage inland beach. French are lucky as areas very well kept and basically free! Local produce great and some very good buys on wine!
