Summary: This resort was all that you can imagine. It is just like the pictures. The All Inclusive is a must have. The service at the restaurants were the best. The servers were really attentive. We did come during hurricane season. It was as if we had the place to ourselves. We will definitely be returning.

Summary: The hotel is older but well maintained, the staff was kind and respectful. Our butlers Otikio and Santiago were amazing catering to our every need. In short the hotel is a hidden jewel. The only issue was contracting wit the travel agency for tours with the I caret group, the guide was rude and disrespectful. I would advise anyone not to use their services.

Summary: Best Family trip!! The service was outstanding!! Our concierge directors were amazing with guiding us through out the stay, I would request Pável and Yosel to anyone who is planning to visit, the package I got for the family was just perfect and the service was the icing on the cake along with the 3bdrm villa penthouse was just amazing, beds are comfy, rooms made everyday, private chef breakfast and the refrigerator always stocked even with my non alcoholic beer

Summary: My family and I have been to Mexico several times. This is by far our favorite. The resort has so much to offer. Their steakhouse and Italian restaurant are the best. The staff, the food, the quality, and so forth are the best. The pool areas are impeccably attended by the staff. The safety is noticed with how closed everything is relatively to the villas. We did make reservations for the spa, however, everyone we saw coming back from it was satisfied. No complains at all.

Summary: Very nice location..Staff is amazing. Very attentive to help you any kind of way possible. All restaurants are amazing including their buffet and breakfast. My kids loved it so much that we are going again to stay there and do different excursions. Starbucks is on property as well. Also outdoor activity agency is there to setup outdoor activities and they pick and drop off at resort. All inclusive option we did was great to have room service and full kitchen in room. Over all, very pleasant and great stay resort. It made a memorable experience for our family.
