Summary: This palapa apartment on the top floor of a house near the church is lovely. The view is breathtaking, and the location very convenient. This is our second stay here. Much recommended. The check in was very easy. Alex of Tenacatita Rental is prompt, charming and speaks excellent English. The flat is perfect for a couple.

Summary: This is a great little place for a couple. The view is amazing, 180degree view of the town and ocean. Nice breeze. Comfortable furniture. One word of caution. It’s on the third floor and therefore not for people who are adverse to climbing stairs.

Summary: We loved the open living experience and listening to the surf after the square got quiet around midnight or later on some nights. Close to groceries and eatery's.

Summary: This place is like no other place I've stayed. It is charming, newly remodeled and beautifully/artfully decorated in traditional Mexican style. It is essentially the upstairs palapa for a large house that has been turned into a living space. It is open air on three sides and provides a view of the ocean and the town of La Manzanilla as well as nice breezes. It had everything we needed and was easy access to the town and beach. My only complaint is that it was very noisy at night from the town square below and I wouldn't recommend it in the rainy season. I would definitely stay there again.
