Die Villa Cymopoleia besteht aus einer Haupt-Villa und einem Gstehaus - beide haben einen privaten Swimming Pool und eine Sonnenterasse. Beide Gebude haben einen freien Blick auf das Meer und die Berge auf der Rckseite. Die Haupt-Villa bietet 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem grossen Bad fr max. 6 Personen an. Das Gstehaus bietet Platz fr 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder in insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern. Alle Betten fr Erwachsene sind king-size Betten, fr Kinder stehen Einzelbetten zur Verfgung. Baby Bett und Baby-Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls verfgbar. Alle Schlafzimmer des Anwesens sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Haupt-Villa hat eine voll eingerichtete Kche und einen grossen Wohnbereich mit grossem TV und Stereoanlage und einen langen Esstisch. Die grosse Terasse bietet ebenfalls einen langen Esstisch fr outdoor dining inclusive Sonnenliegen und Sofas zum relaxen.
Das Gstehaus besteht aus 2 separaten Unterknften. Die erste Unterkunft hat 1 Schlafzimmer und eine kleine Kche. Die Zweite Unterkunft hat 2 Schlafzimmer fr 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder. Beide Unterknfte habe eine eigene Sonnenterrasse und einen gemeinsamen Pool.
Das gesamte Villagrundstck ist ummauert und nur zum Meer hin vllig offen. Direkt vor dem Strand und Blick aufs Meer ist auf unserem Grundstck ein balinesisches Bale gebaut, in dem es sich wunderbar entspannen & chillen lsst, oder sie gnnen sich eine angenehme balinesche Massage!
Den Strand und das Meer knnen sie direkt durch eine Gartentre auf unserem Grundstck betreten. Das Meer vor unserer Villa ist fast das ganze Jahr ber flach wie ein Spiegel, hat kaum Wellengang und eignet sich perfekt zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. Hausmdchen (room service), Grtner & Security sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Die Haupt Villa und das Gstehaus kennen auf Anfrage gerne auch einzeln gemietet werden!
