Positive: Outside area and pool.

Negative: . The list is endless. Boiler worked for 2 days out of 10. Owner not interested. Sent workers who quite clearly weren't gas engineers. Heat overbearing as no air con. No lock on toilet door. Bathroom units held together with silver tape. Fridge shelf held together with tape. Window in one bathroom slats missing.
