Apartment Volovec is apprised of a master bedroom, two further double bedrooms an office convertible to a further bedroom and two full bathrooms and a half bath. There is a sitting room with three seater sofa bed, outdoor private terrace with seating for eight, kitchen and breakfast area. Apartment Gemer is comprised of a master bedroom, bunkroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and private terrace. The pool, off-street parking and bbq house are shared with a second apartment on the property. The garden is filled with fruit trees and terraced landscaping. Summary: I expected a little bit more - no value for the money. Owner lady was nice, but the smaller apartment was not used for a long time and you could feel it. No air-conditioning, no nets on windows against bugs made our stay discomfortable. We could not use all features as described and when the strange man appeared next to me in the garden when I was sunbathing....he came to clean the pool, good, I should be aware, in my opinion. After few makeovers it can be amazing villa, potential is certainly there.
