Positive: The property was located in the perfect place, within a small quiet community surrounded by trees and a walking distance from the beach. Great for kids and enough space for 2 families to share. Owners are amazing, doing routine pool cleaning and any travel requirements or random requests, they are more than happy to help and make you and your family feel comfortable.

Positive: We had an incredible stay at this house, which is modern and clean. The actual home is nicer than the pictures, and the pool was loved by my daughters. There is a shallow end, which they practised swimming in every single day. The host was very respectful and kind, and we appreciated his good communication from start to finish. The neighbours are all very welcoming and friendly, and they greeted us daily as we passed their houses. The tuk tuk into the main strip is only around 500 rupees, and there is a supermarket about 4 mins walk away. Opposite the supermarket there is a beach but we only went once as the waves were too high- safer beaches are 5 mins away by tuk tuk. My kids preferred swimming in the pool anyway, so this was fine for us. The house has everything you need, including AC, silverware, etc. There is complete privacy, which I totally appreciated and the reason we decided to get a villa instead of a hotel.

Negative: Everything was great!

Summary: An incredible stay- would definitely go back!

Negative: We enjoyed every moment. The only thing that I can say, that swimming pool is better to clean during the staying. We were there for 5 days. And it was already not that clean as at the first day. And there was noisy air conditioner in one room. If it can be changed, guest will enjoy more

Summary: It’s perfect for a family or a couple. Who is looking for privacy. Beautiful house. Comfortable. Close to the downtown.

Positive: This property has been our best stay in Sri Lanka so far! The house is newly built with two bedrooms - one with AC, the other with fans and a well equiped kitchen. The best feature of the house is that you can open up all doors and get a great breeze through the house. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the porch enjoying the large outdoor garden. The house is very private and quiet, yet not far from the beach and supermarkets nearby. We felt so welcomed by the owner - he looked after us very well and helped to organise bikes and gave recommendations for spots nearby.

Summary: Best stay in Sri Lanka so far!
