Positive: The house was so lovely, clean and cosy. We loved it and loved all the personal touches of art and decor. The bathroom and bedroom were so beautiful too!

Negative: The location was average (not the fault of the property owner). There were people driving in and out of the parking lot next to the house and gathering to talk/socialise. This happened overnight for a few hours. It was a little annoying and loud.

Positive: beautiful front rooms of a villa completely separate from owners, everything is designed to make you feel warm and cosy. The bed is a big fluffy cloud and the bathroom is huge and lovely

Negative: there are the trains going through at nighttime but I kinda liked them and had a great night's sleep

Positive: Great communication, easy to find, beautiful house. Thoughtful breakfast option, yummy coffee, comfy bed, super clean. We toasted marshmallows on the fire outside ... perfect for us

Negative: The view out the windows wasn't the prettiest, but a small price to pay for such a great location.

Positive: Very cute and cosy. Even though it was raining during our trip, all the soft and snuggly blankets, rugs and pillows made the space feel very welcoming. The bed was big and soft, and it was great waking up to the birds chirping in the morning. Having the lounge room separate from the bedroom was a pleasant change from a standard hotel room. Nice, big bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Having breakfast included made for a stress free start to the morning

Negative: It is by the train lines which did startle us the first time one went by. However we didn't notice them once we were asleep.

Positive: The host is very responsive and communication was easy. The little house is charming and was spotless. Loved the little touches like the basket of bath salts and makeup remover. Lovely little breakfast and variety of hot drink options.

Negative: The house is very close to a train track so we had noisy freight trains coming through frequently through the afternoon into the night. There is no kitchen sink, only the bathroom, so it made dishes and getting water a little awkward. We weren't clear on this from the description, but did realise there are no photos of a kitchen facility so we just missed this information. Wasn't a problem in the end just a little awkward.
