Positive: It’s in a quiet hillside spot about 10 minutes drive outside of Fiscardo. Uninterrupted views over Ithaca. Sound of the goats bells chiming each morning and evening. Gated drive and ample parking not on a steep slope.

Negative: The wasps and mosquitoes are always a nuisance so made it hard eating out with the kids some days but the wasps do calm down at night thankfully. There were some citronella candles left over but struggled to find more locally and would be good to have more in the villa. The wasps were just as bad in Fiscardo and elsewhere though, so no getting away from it.

Summary: A homely home with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Positive: The property is located in a forested area with a clear view of the sea. It’s a quiet setting, which makes it easy to relax. The natural surroundings are pleasant, and the combination of trees and sea views creates a peaceful atmosphere.

Negative: The furnishings are dated and somewhat mismatched in style. Several things were broken including applicances, tiles around the pool and lights/light switches. The basement is damp and has an unpleasant smell. While the house itself is nice, it feels overpriced for the level of care and attention it has received.

Summary: Peaceful forest location with sea views, but dated furnishings and overpriced for it's condition.

Positive: Beautiful Villa, nice & private with a wonderful

Negative: Sun beds need a recover. Double day bed by pool also very tired - dirty & torn fabric. Not a good first impression when first arrived.

Positive: The property was exactly as the photos portrayed. Great location and good facilities.

Negative: It would have been better to have had one more sun lounger at the property. A sun umbrella on the patio would have been useful as would a sun parasol to take tot he beach. A chopping board in the kitchen would have been useful.

Summary: Great house, good facilities and excellent location for a quiet relaxing holiday.
