Positive: It's an old house, after a comprehensive remodeling. Advantages: 1. Next to the sea 2. big rooms with bathroom in every room, very comfortable for our group of 10 3. two well equipped kitchens 4. big yard (although with no fruit trees) 5. attentive host 6. comfortable parking space for 2 cars

Negative: What we did not like has to do with the area, not with the house itself. 1. In this area of Kotor bay the road is VERY narrow, Two cars can hardly share the same way in opposite directions, and the road runs next to the sea in many segments. I am a fairly good driver, so it was fine with me 2. There were several electricity black outs, each for two-three hours. I assume because of extensive use of AC during very hot days

Positive: A beautiful old villa with soul, in a wonderful location. Perfect for a large group. Two parking spaces. Very large, comfortable rooms with bathrooms. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Clean and comfortable. Very good communication with the host. A wonderful stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We would love to return someday....

Positive: The house was very spacious for our extended family traveling from different parts of the world. The kitchens were well equipped and the outside areas to relax in. The location is excellent right across from the water, bar oskar for a refreshing drink and a small supermarket for supplies. I couldn't recommend it enough for a large group. Communication was very good throughout.

Positive: Superb location close to beach and amenities. Lots of space for a large group, good size outside area and many useful facilities such as washer and lots of sun beds. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: Everything was very good. The only issue we had was trying to get taxis but it was high season. Our host helped us to book taxi.

Positive: What a wonderful Villa! I can't express how lovely the villa is. Stunning view!! Beds were comfortable. Huge living room with comfy sofa and fireplace. Two complete kitchens upstairs and downstairs. Everything was clean and tidy. Washing machine was a plus, they even provide detergents. The owner was so kind!!! I'm so lucky to stay here. There's a minimarket, small kiosk and restaurants within walking distance. To go to center u need a car for sure. This villa is under UNESCO heritage and but inside its so stunning and very nice. I love staying here. It was an amazing stay. We came in winter but the villa warmed up so quickly. There's sauna to relax and you can go near the beach to sip coffee or sit outside at the table. I wished we could stay longer. Owner bid us goodbye, he was so kind waiting for us to checkout and I gave him a hug at the end. I absolutely recommend this Villa for everyone. You won't regret it. Thanks for making our stay wonderful. VILLA CAPTAIN IS THE BEST!
