The villa enjoys a breathtaking view and a strategic position , a few minutes walk from the crystalline beaches of Marina Piccola and about 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta di Capri , perfectly combining tranquility and centrality.
The property offers spectacular views of the Faraglioni , the island's iconic symbol, and the suggestive bay of Marina Piccola. The proximity to the sea helps to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere, ideal for an unforgettable vacation.
The spacious and bright interiors include 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 3 bathrooms , two of which are particularly spacious . The living area consists of a large living room with sofa, TV and dining table, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen , designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Outside, Villa Capri has a large panoramic terrace , furnished with two dining tables , deckchairs and outdoor sofas, perfect for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation or aperitifs at sunset. The outdoor spaces are completed by an outdoor shower , a garden with lemon trees and an ancient well , which adds a touch of authentic Mediterranean charm.
The entrance to the villa is located directly on the main road that leads to the beaches of Marina Piccola ( Via Marina Piccola 41 ), ensuring convenient and immediate access.
Please note that a supplement of €200 is required for final cleaning upon check-in.

Summary: Just returned form a Italy vacation and our two night stay in Capri was very nice. the home was as advertised, spacious, and beautiful views. we loved the location, somewhat away from the hustle and bustle, and we were able to walk to beach and nearest town square from home. We hired the properties assistant, Roberta to arrange transfer, dinner reservations, and site seeing. her service was very helpful, and was always available for anything we needed. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing. The only problem we encountered was getting to some of the bookings. Arranged taxis were very expensive. we found tremendous savings by walking to the square and grabbing a taxi from there. Thank you Luca and Roberta
