Positive: Big and well equipped apartment on the ground floor. It had direct access to a nice semi-private garden from the living room. The beds were comfy and the apartment was super clean.

Negative: Everything was good, nothing we didn't like. One thing: It wasn't clear to me if I can park in the parking lot of the building, There was one spot marked with the name of the apartment, but the host didn't respond to my inquiries if I can park there.

Positive: The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, as is the bed, and I slept very well during my stay. The living room and kitchen are well-equipped.

Negative: Communication with the property is very poor. For the key collection, I was asked to call the property 30 minutes before arrival, and then on the phone I was asked to call again when at the property to be given the code and instructions to get the keys. This information could simply have been sent to me by e-mail, which would have sped things up, especially as they didn't always answer the phone on the first ring. I was asked to check in online, and received a check-in form for another guest, which had their private details already filled in, so not great for data privacy. I was assured that I would receive an invoice for my stay by e-mail, but my messages requesting an invoice have gone unanswered so far.

Summary: Very comfortable stay, but communication could be improved

Negative: Expensive. Advertised with 3 beds but there were only 2. They dropped an extra bed off though which helped!
