Positive: Everything we needed was in the villa, it was clean, secure and well presented in a good location

Negative: Communication confirming our booking and details on getting access to the villa were very late and led to us being concerned about getting into the villa

Positive: The property was very clean and spacious a great layout and very well equipped it had all we needed

Negative: We couldn’t get any English speaking TV and one sun bed split when my wife sat on it through age and we couldn’t get a replacement also the parasol on the roof was broken when we uncovered it and no replacement was provided so we couldn’t use the sun roof for meals during the day only at evenings which was disappointing we was told it’s down to the owner to replace damaged items when he comes and not the management company / key holders very disappointing
