Summary: The place seemed nice, but on the first night there was an emergency and we had to leave. The beds had barely been mussed, as we had only been in the house for a few hours. The manager said he would work with us on the rate, but then demanded full payment afterwards. If he had been honest at first, it would have been understandable. But I feel that lying is unacceptable. I cannot recommend renting from dishonest people.

Summary: Our villa (phase 3) was everything we expected. It was spotless, clean, welcoming and a beautiful place for us to stay for our 2 week holiday ( boyfriend & family) The villa was cleaned every day by the maid, with fresh new sheets. If we ever needed anything, Mr & Mrs De Souza's team were there to help us. 5 minute walking distance is the beach, local shops & restaurants, which helped us out on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to stay in Goa. We had a fantastic time & you will to !!

Summary: villa calangute is definately the best place to stay in goa. its lavish, peaceful and very well maintained. "flawless". its close to the beach and filled with all the facilities to feel like a luxury home. the rooms are clean, very well maintained, the kitchen is filled with the things needed and the surrounding is peaceful. the tv set and air conditioning adds to the comfort with beautiful interiors and beds. its a place to stay on a perfect holiday : ). would definitely value the experience of staying at villa calangute for its quality stay.
