Summary: Great location centre of Naga , great breakfast and dining options, considering its main road location it can get a little noisey especially at night

Summary: Everything was great. Breakfast and lunch buffet was empty most of the time. BUT, they would get anything you ask for IMMEDIATELY. I was just wondering why they had many,many staff standing around looking around if anyone needed anything but didnt fill buffet unless asked for though they saw it was empty. They could've had them walk the line constantly making sure not missing anything.

Summary: The staff was very attentive and helpful. Did not appreciatethe service fees applied to your bills for services. Have found that customers usually leave tips better than service fees. Really question as to who gets the money. The lobby most of the time smell like sewer. The swimming area smell like Sewer. The buffet food was cold. There was only three lounger chairs at the swimming pool. And they were not in the sun for sunbathing. The hot tub was cold always. The airport shuttle was punctual. Free breakfast was appreciated but cold. The staff was very friendly and was happy to try to take care of your needs. All in all we enjoyed our stay there except for those problems that need to be taken care of. it was a good bang for the bucks. And it would be nice to have cocktails on the premises. The swim up bar was never open while we were there.
