Whether it is relaxing by the pool or exploring the largest sand island in the world by 4WD, you will find this two bedroom fully air-conditioned villa an ideal place to be. Ideally located, being a flat easy walk to the beach.
Just 50 minutes by ferry from the mainland, and you enter the wonderland of World Heritage- listed K'Gari - Fraser Island. Whether it is relaxing by the pool or exploring the largest sand island in the world by 4WD, you will find this two bedroom villa an ideal place to be. Ideally located, being a flat easy walk to the beach and across from the undercover walkway for direct access to the main building.
Villa by the Beach is a Satinay villa located at Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Guests staying are offered full access to the facilities of the nearby resort (Kingfisher Bay Resort), including three salt water pools, guided ranger tours, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, children's playground, 4WD hire, bakery, shops and a spa for those seeking a pamper and more.
Excellent fishing can be had from the jetty, bring your own gear or hire it. Segway PT adventures, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and vu boards. Go explore the many walking tracks and diverse habitats on the island by 4WD, from the sand dunes, fresh lakes to the tall Satinay trees in the beautiful rainforests. Bird watchers will enjoy the wide variety of birds, not having to venture too far from the villa to see them. Enjoy the majestic hump back whales as they play within the waters of the Fraser Coast between August and October.
Humpbacks are having a whale of a time... August to October, taking time out in the pristine waters off Fraser Island to socialise, have fun and nurture their young. Cruises depart daily during August to October from Kingfisher Bay Resort jetty.

Summary: Great villa in a fantastic location within the kingfisher bay resort complex. The bathroom and kitchen are a little dated but very well maintained and perfectly functional.Future guests should be aware to byo alfoil, cling film, paper towel, cooking oil and baking paper as these are not supplied by the resort. Summary: A great famiky getaway. The villa was nice needs a bit of an update. Main bedroom door warped in the cold weather and couldnt close. The plug for the bath didnt work so no spa bath and the hand soup was leaking.

Summary: Beautiful villa and resort. Very tidy and the kitchen was well stocked. A few annoyances that could do with attention - front door lock difficult to use, spa bath plug doesn’t fit, living area curtain missing blades. Otherwise had a great stay and would love to return.

Summary: Villa is a little dated, difficulty getting in and out of spa for shower. Some blinds missing and curtains difficult to close as some off the hooks. Brooms and vacuum dirty. Loved the location, kitchen was well equipped, over all a great trip to this beautiful island.

Summary: Susan was the perfect host, answerimg all our queries before we arrived. The property was extremely clean and very well equipped, everything there to cook a big Christmas Lunch for the family. Loved the location, private, close to all the best attractions at Fraser and the villa being at the resort was the cherry on top after our big day trips on the Island. We will definately be coming back!!
