Positive: The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful and very attentive. The breakfast was excellent - fresh and great choice and nicely laid out. Nice to have the option of coffee choices. Bedrooms well appointed, very clean and spacious.

Negative: Looking a bit tired in places - especially entrance and pool areas. My pool chair was uncomfortable and difficult to operate. Chairs at front of building also rather tatty.

Summary: Boutique hotel in a quiet spot just outside Cortona, wonderful staff and very comfortable stay

Positive: Beautiful location, decor, facilities and the staff were amazing! The cooking class with Elena was a highlight for us.

Negative: Offering a dinner service could be helpful, as the property is quite remote, but otherwise it’s perfect and they’re lots of places within driving distance.

Positive: We liked everything about this place. The staff were so, so friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast we experienced the best service and the breakfast buffet was lovely. The rooms were really nice and clean and we got a room with a view, of Cortona, which was a pleasant surprice. Sitting enjiying a glass of wine in the evening in the small yard, was very enjoyable.
