Positive: We had a wonderful stay here in September 2023. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Federico, the host, dealt with a pre-holiday query immediately, and then provided a warm welcome on our arrival. He was there to meet us and gave us lots of local tips. Then throughout the week, he was always available to answer questions and offer recommendations and went far out of his way to help us throughout - the perfect host! The villa itself was wonderful: spread over two floors the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, as was the well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a large, pleasant covered verandah area for eating, all set within a lovely private garden with sun beds, a hot tub, bbq, a big lawn, and view over the Stintino bay. Outside the private garden, there are communal gardens and shared parking, and each accommodation had it's own dedicated sundeck and mini pool, all with a great sea view. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay. Stintino is a great destination and the Pelosa beach is incredible!
