Positive: Mr Stratos meet us at the property to provide us with a detailed tour and left us the keys. The property was very comfort, exceptionally clean and Mr Stratos was very welcoming/friendly and very much available to us should we have any questions and or queries. He kindly gave my grandson a soft turtle and myself a beautiful birthday cake towards the end of our stay. The property was cleaned every 3 days to an exceptional standard. The pool area was very well catered for and our holiday stay manager Maria was brilliant enabling us to keep in touch about anything that came up - resolving questions/queries within minutes. A huge thank you to all the team for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

Negative: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing experience at this villa. Firstly the villa and the views are absolutely beautiful; the pictures not do it justice. Everything was so smooth from booking the villa to checking in. The communication was consistent with the owner who always was available when we had questions as well as the porter Mr Sprados who truly looked after us and made our experience so so special!. We can’t be anymore grateful for this experience and we will definitely be coming back. A solid 10/10 - thank you again!

Positive: Beautiful villa with a ton of space inside and outside. Astonishingly clean and well maintained. It seemed like it was just repainted. Having a pool was awesome, and it's a perfect size. The outdoor shower was also a great touch. Location is a 5 minute drive to stores or restaurants.

Negative: The ground floor was occupied by the property manager/owner. He was extremely nice, but we didn't really know that he would be there. He never disturbed us, though, and it wasn't a problem at all.

Positive: Spacious and comfortable property and pool area, outdoor BBQ and great communication with the hosts. The photos are a good representation of what you are getting - a traditionally designed Greek home. The property is close to the airport, Zante town and some lovely beaches. There is also ample space for cars to be parked. The hosts left us wine, water and watermelon on arrival. They topped up essentials like toilet paper and washing liquid and there was also a mid-week clean included in the price. They gave our children Zakynthos gifts when we left - such a nice touch!

Negative: We were told we had the whole property but the bottom floor is closed to guests. This didn’t effect our stay but it is worth noting that you have access to the top two floors only and these are split into two apartments. The kitchen could be more equipped with essentials for cooking as well such as wooden spoons and carving knives. For the number of guests it would also be great if there was enough outdoor seating for everyone to eat together. Some of the rooms/beds are smaller than others so worth understanding this if you are travelling with a group.
