Positive: Julie is the best host you can wish for. From pre-arrival, during our stay and post-arrival she is dedicated to guest satisfaction all the way. 24/7 available if not physical then bij WhatsApp. Loads of recommendations from restaurants till transportations and things to do. The property is slightly secluded, but a great hide-away form the hectic surroundings. Only 10 minutes form Icon Bali and the ferry to all the other Bali islands. We had the luck of staying in the upper appartment with balcony. Spacious !

Positive: Breakfast was nice, felt more like home than a hotel. It was nice that Julie extended my checkout time on my last day to adjust to my massage and allow me to change after as I had late flight. Massage was great. Villa and the room in general looks really pretty.

Negative: I have some concerns about cleaning. There was a dress after last guests still in my closet, so were the robes actually changed after them if staff didn’t notice the dress? There was a spiderweb in some places like lamp, bed, sealing. Towels were washed but still with some stains, like white towels were washed with some darks. WiFi didn’t work well. Would be nice to have refrigerator in the room, and location isn’t best. The only restaurant walking distance (through not a nice road) is that bad I did not finish my meal. And I wasn’t prepared for the amount of animals in the room.

Positive: The pool was 29 meter. The scenery was stunning, hidden gem in a busy Sanur. Breakfast set up was next level. Hosts were very lovely and welcoming.

Negative: Internet was bad due bad weather. Not ideal for work/streaming.
