Positive: Nikos is a wonderful host, very kind and generous, he greeted us when we arrived, filled up the fridge with food and drinks. the house is new and very beautiful, the view is outstanding, the beds were comfortable, we felt at home. the distance from the house to the center is around 5-10 minutes by car. I totally recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the area

Positive: Villa Athina is a very beautiful place in great location, close to the beach and 5 min drive to Githeio. The Views are amazing and we enjoyed our time in the villa. The host is very nice, greeted when we came and even gave us a small farewell present when we left. Thanks You. The place was very clean and tidy, the rooms were immaculate and had all we need. The Kitchen is very well organized with all the accessories. Highly recommend to stay there.

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Athina. Our family of five, including two kids sharing a bedroom, felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host has truly thought of everything—there wasn’t a single thing we needed that wasn’t already taken care of. The villa itself was spotless and felt more like a five-star hotel than a rental. The beds were extremely comfortable, with fantastic linens, plenty of pillows, and even bathrobes thoughtfully placed on the beds. Every detail was considered: toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, plush towels for both the beach and the house, and so much more. It was clear that the host put great care into making guests feel both comfortable and pampered. A thoughtful welcome included fresh oranges from the owner’s grove, homemade olive oil (which we used for breakfast every morning), fresh bread, and even a bottle of wine. The laundry on-site was a big plus for a family traveling with kids. The property is in a quiet area yet perfectly located—just a short drive to Gytheio, Areopoli, beautiful beaches, and with a supermarket and gas station only a minute away by car. The owner was present on the property during our stay, which we actually found reassuring—though we never needed to ask for anything since it was all so perfectly arranged. It gave us peace of mind knowing help was right there if needed. We left feeling rested, cared for, and deeply appreciative. This villa is an ideal place for families or anyone seeking a quiet, clean, well manicured, and exceptionally well-appointed home base. We would highly recommend it and look forward to returning again!

Positive: The house has been recently renovated with great care and thoughtful attention to detail, both inside and out. The balcony offers a sea view and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The materials are high-quality, and five of us stayed very comfortably. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing and cooking. Nikos was a very kind and attentive host.

Positive: A clean and spacious house with all the equipments necessary at our disposal. A very nice terrace with a lovely view on the sea and olive trees. A warm welcome by Nikos who has been really nice and helpful throughout our stay. The beach is just 2 minutes away by car. Our stay has been great, we would love to return!

Positive: An exceptional villa near to the beach and a unique holiday experience. We stayed there regrettably only 4 nights. I would have arranged my travelling otherwise if I knew better. I start with the host Mr. Nicos & his wife Mrs.Tereza who with their hospitality made us feel like home. A small welcome shopping was done by the host with drinks and milk in the fridge, watermelon and homemade cookies. It was a very nice gesture and a surprise for us. The house was spotless clean, very nice decorated and fully equipped to the last detail in all aspects (kitchen, dining and living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, bathroom and shower). Even a small medical locker was available just in case. The wi-fi connection was very good and the TV had all channels/YouTube etc needed and well used by our sons. The private secured parking is worth mentioning as well since in Greece finding a secured parking is a problem. The view from the two big covered verandas was amazing having a sea view and endless olive plantations. We spent a lot of time especially in the evenings sitting at the verandas enjoying the very nice refreshing breeze. The villa’s location is perfect as start point if you want to travel for sightseeing’s in any direction of southern Peloponnese. At our departure, a farewell gift was given by the host (own product olive oil, tsipouro and salt from Mani) which was very much appreciated. If coming back to Gythio, we do not need to look for accommodation. We know WHERE WE WILL GO !!!

Negative: Everything was perfect. No any negative remarks what so ever.
