Positive: Fanstatic villa for a group of 8 friends, good value for money, walking distance to a couple of beach clubs

Negative: It needs some maintenance - I sliced my hand open on a broken pool tile. Very leaky air conditioning, which we raised with the owner, who visits very often.

Positive: The whole villa was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, the pool was huge and gradually got deeper the further in you went. The garden was amazing, sun hit it all day long, rooftop terrace had beautiful views of the area and was walking distance from the beach

Positive: The villa was clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. We loved the pool and the privacy and enjoyed many hours outside relaxing in the garden. Santiago was very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay and was available for us to contact anytime. He also kept the garden and pool clean and tidy for us. The beach was only a five minute walk from the villa and we walked in to San Pedro a few times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

Negative: Nothing not to like.

Positive: The location was great! Not too far from Purteo Banus in a taxi/Uber (15 mins) but also close to a beach with a couple of nice beach restaurants also a convenience store about 15 minute walk

Negative: Need more sun beds as there wasn’t enough for all of us. Have flagged this with the property host so hopefully he will sort this issue for the next Guests!

Positive: The property is in a great location. A short walk to the beach and lovely restaurants and a short taxi ride into town. The Villa was clean and the host even came during our stay to make sure the pool was as it should be. We came as a group but I will definitely look into returning with my family as both the Villa and location are perfect even with children. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Negative: I can’t fault the property. It was clean, the pool area was fantastic and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Summary: A fantastic villa with a wonderful host! We will definetly be back again.

Positive: This is a comfortable villa. Well laid out for a family. Lovely pool and garden area. Good location for the beach but a car (or taxi) needed for grocery shopping as no supermarkets in the beach area. Santiago came regularly to maintain the pool and could not have been more helpful.

Negative: The decor is a bit old and tired. The swimming pool has very rough edges which is great for not slipping but we found we needed to take care not to brush against it. The spiral staircase is not ideal but we were careful and used the handrail so no problem.
