Summary: Not a great experience. Room was not cleaned. Bathroom full of hair and beardshavings from previous guest. Hair found in glasses and cups in room which indicates they simply wipe the glasses with the same cloth as the bathroom. Onsite manager couldn’t care less

Summary: Worst check in I have experienced. Very rude man on reception who was very unhelpful. We had emailed in advance about requesting two rooms on same floor but we were told we could only have this if we requested exact room numbers. We were not told about any of hotel amenities such as kids club. Breakfast staff lovely and good breakfast Kids club was really good due to lovely Ana. She was amazing with the kids and did great arts and crafts with kids. Hotel rooms need updates Pool food is frozen food. No children’s menu which I found strange with a children’s club at the hotel Pool ok San Pedro is a lovely town but hotel a little far out

Summary: Lovely clean room when they finally had our room ready. A few issues in bathroom which were promptly fixed. Altogether a great place, gorgeous pool and loungers. Lovely breakfast. Dinner buffet was really bad!! Lunch and dinner at the onsite restaurant was mainly good but didn’t always stick to the menu details!! Lovely food though.

Summary: Pleasant reception and buildings. Very good breakfast. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi bath, which was lucky, because the spa was closed! Nice touch to have brunch too.
