The space
MAIN LIVING AREA
Put your feet up and unwind in the open and super comfortable living room. Relax on the sofa, watch a DVD movie or your favorite Netflix series, dive into a good book/local guide or engage in a board game or Jenga. Find your own quiet space (and place).
KITCHEN & DINING
Make up your own tasty treats in the full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and toaster. Cookware, plates, cups, glasses, Pots, pans and cooking utensils/silverware are provided. A table in the dining area seats four. Outdoor seating is available to take in the ambiance of St. James Place and enjoy a great cup of joe or your favorite cocktail.
BEDROOM & BATH
The Villa sleeps four with one open and airy bedroom with a Queen-size bed (You may just have the BEST SLEEP of Your Life Here) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and linens provided). The main full bathroom is equipped with a deep-soaking tub and a rain shower combination. A half bath on the main floor is great for guests. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bubblebath are included.

Summary: This property is in a great location! Easy access to everything. Extremely clean! Only negative is both faucets in bathrooms need work. Downstairs one is very loose and upstairs leaks badly onto countertop. Otherwise perfect!

Summary: The place was clean and nice. We really only slept there but it was well stocked if you did want to cook. The only less than ideal things were the shower is very tight (but great water pressure) and while the AC worked great, it was warm upstairs (but there was a good fan). I would still recommend.

Summary: We stayed five nights. It worked well with four. The sleeping sofa was not so comfortable. The host organised a topper within few hours and then everything was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can host yourself easily. Publix is nearby and the distance to all Miami Sights is relatively short. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Summary: We enjoyed again our stay at the St. James Villa in Miami Shores. This was our 2'nd stay at this prosperity and we are planning to continue to use this prosperity for our future visits to Miami Shores. The prosperity condition was very good, clean and very safe. Grocery shopping is walking distance from the property.
