Positive: Great location, about 6km to Nikiti and on a foot distance to Metamorfosi. We got upgrade from one bedroom to two bedroom apartment with private pool which was great. Breakfast is delicious and a beach is couple of minutes away surounded with pine trees and not crowde. Property is large with a lot of olive trees, all in all it was very relaxing atmosfere. Thomas was a great host. Highly recomended.

Negative: Some furnishings are a bit outdated and need some renovation.

Positive: Cozy and private location in between 2 bigger settlements, 100 m walk to a basically private beach. The hosts let you take a parasol and provide sunbeds at the beach, which are only for the use of their guests for free. Decent breakfast with a lot of variety.

Negative: Some facilities are a bit outdated, could use a renovation here and there, 4 stars may be a bit of a reach, but that's Greece for you.

Positive: First of all it's a family business so they are taking care of everything ;they did everything in their best to make us feel comfortable and we did. The breakfast is excellent and has a variety of delicious food. The room is spacious and has a vintage greek style. After the breakfast you can have a peaceful moment on the beautiful terrace in a small olive trees orchard next to the pool drinking your coffee... The location of Villa Askamnia is very near the private beach 5min walk and 7min to Nikiti where we enjoyed our nights there. We will definitely come back next year my husband my son and I in God's will..

Positive: We booked a double apartment with private pool. Everything is beyond expectation. Hosted by a family that goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Pools are clean and well maintained. Breakfast is descent with domestic stuff such as olives grown in the garden. Location is good to browse beaches on lovely Sithonia. Metamorphosis is walking distance with few good taverns, I recommend Liana, fantastic. The place is calm and great for sleeping. We are going to Sithonia for 20 years and this is by far the best accomodation we had.

Positive: Exceptional place. Super friendly hosts/owners (family), very helpful and accommodating! Our room was like a suite in a 5 star hotel but much cheaper, so bright , clean and very well maintained , it felt like home, that's how comfortable it was. We loved the breakfast options every morning, there was a large variety to accommodate all tastes. This place is like a little paradise, there is a nice pool with a bar next to it, a small kids pool and private pools for some of the rooms. The sandy beach was fantastic, warm water, crystal clear, and we could use Askamnia's free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach is 2 minutes walking distance from the pool, it was designated for Askamnia's guests. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future. By the way, about 8 minutes walking distance from here is the village Metamorphosis, it has a nice supermarket called Stella and lovely restaurants such as Visili 1985, we didn't need to use our car during our stay. Highly recommended , you will not regret it!
