Positive: Everything was perfect! The apartment is so so clean, we loved it! You get all the amenities you need, all the towels (even for the beach). The hosts are wonderful. The beds are comfortable. The backyard is really nice to enjoy your morning coffee there. We will definitely come back.

Positive: Polite and warm staff, rooms are spacious and everything is extra clean. Hidden paradise for families with kids,fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, terrace. The home is cleaned every 3 days and you get clean bed linens and towels (including the beach towels) every 3 days. Beach is 3 min walk with private entrance through stairs, and you have free sunbeds and umbrellas at beach. Everything is even better than pictures show. Best value/money so far, our favorite stay at Sithonia so far

Positive: It is located near the road and the city center, but on the quiet place. It has private beach with sun umbrellas and chairs (free of charge). The stuff there are really great and help with every problem or wish you have. Everything is extremely clean. We really enjoy our stay.

Negative: Only (slightly) negativ point is the wifi. It is present there, but connection used to drop from time to time. Usually I don't care about it, but signal of the mobile networks were also very low, so using a wifi is almost a must.

Summary: Great place, everything is near, but quiet and relaxing.

Positive: Owners are very hospitable, they can give you suggestions for local restaurants, shops and beaches + we got a very nice gift upon check-out. Houses are very roomy and cozy with big dining tables on the terrace.

Positive: I stayed at the property for one night. While the overall experience was ok , it did not quite meet my expectations. For the price paid, I anticipated a higher standard in terms of comfort and amenities. ( HVAC only in the bedroom , many ants, soap dispenser at the sink was empty)

Negative: The beach is relatively small and retains a natural, untouched charm. However, the availability of sunbeds and umbrellas is limited, which may pose a challenge during peak hours

Positive: The property has its own beach and its really quiet compared with Nikiti. The beach is 1 min from rented home. The site is isolated and protected so no one outside can’t access it. There are outdoor showers and each home have two terracce which cover all day shade. Marija, the receptionist, is very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The staff and owners care a lot about the cleanliness and comfort of the customers. I would highly recommend Sithonia lodge.
