Positive: the concierge was exceptionally nice - contacted me ahead of time to let me know they were expecting me and checking to see if i needed anything on arrival. really very welcoming and I felt well taken care of for my stay. the room was beautiful, comfortable and super charming. the location was perfect. couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.

Negative: Nothing. Loved everything about this place.

Summary: My stay was perfect and I look forward to staying there again many times in the future.

Positive: Room was huge. Over the top maybe for an overnight getaway. In room spa was nice.

Negative: I notified management of some disrepair we found within the room after leaving they said they would take care of it. My understanding was this was a bed and breakfast - breakfast ended up being lackluster - defrosted pastries and muffins with a few cups of yogurt left out. Issues within the room and the disappointment at breakfast left me feeling that the value wasn't there for the cost.

Positive: I loved the bath tub! Perfect for a nice relaxing bath! Definitely recommend the staff is the best! My husband accidentally left his wedding ring and they were able to locate it and return it to us!

Negative: They don’t have fridges or microwaves.

Negative: How about a croissant at breakfast? First morning, there was no creamer for coffee. I would have liked option of decaf coffee. All parking spots were taken when we returned from dinner after 10pm , so I had to move the cones and park on the side near the airstream trailer. Was apparently okay, so all was good.

Summary: Lovely building, decor and surroundings. Spa and pool area were terrific.
