In the heart of the French Riviera, on the heights of Nice between sea and mountain, ideally located on the Côte d'Azur, Villa Angel offers for rent a very large independent apartment of 100 m2 with breathtaking views not overlooked, at absolute calm, sunny all day until sunset. Villa Angel is a property made up of 2 completely independent dwellings, a huge garden with olive, orange and palm trees, a private and secure swimming pool and its pool house (summer kitchen, barbecue), a pétanque court, a games area (swing) for children, and private and secure parking.
The property is fully fenced / important if you are bringing a pet.
Only the first floor is rented with independent access; the second accommodation is occupied only by the owners.
The rental includes free access to the large swimming pool, the pool house and the huge garden. All these spaces are completely independent and not overlooked and are fully privatized.
The 100 m2 apartment is air conditioned and includes a spacious living room with American kitchen and fireplace, 2 bedrooms (6 beds available, a double bed in each room (140cmx200cm and 160cmx200cm), 2 beds in a convertible sofa (160cmx200cm) , a bathroom with shower (120x90), a separate toilet, a very large solarium terrace with breathtaking views of the Nice hinterland, the Baous de St Jeannet, the Col de Vence, and the Cap Antibes.
Tastefully decorated, it reflects our desire to offer modern and elegant comfort, where we quickly feel at home. Quality furniture, harmony of soft and current colors, create a soothing and natural atmosphere.
All luxury services are available: air conditioning in all rooms, quality bedding, Free Wi-Fi internet access, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, oven, oven microwave, Nespresso ® coffee machine), lounge equipped with a large screen with home cinema, HD Satellite decoder (French, English, German, Spanish channels, etc.), large flat screen in the master suite, HiFi system, alarm, 2 private and secure parking spaces (video surveillance).

Summary: We stayed with family and friends in VILLA ANGEL a second time and like the first time we were delighted with our stay (too short). Summary: We had a seven week holiday at Villa Angel. It offers superb accommodation on a single floor above the apartment of the villa owners Olivier and Emily who are very welcoming, helpful yet unobtrusive. There is a large, comfortable sitting area, a big dining table and eight chairs, a spacious, well equipped kitchen area with a very large fridge, two comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space and an excellent bathroom. Outside is a terrace with wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. There is secure private parking and a large, enclosed garden – safe for children and dogs, and a good sized pool. The photographs do not do Villa Angel justice. It is superb accommodation and we hope to return. A few minutes’ drive away are two restaurants, two bars and a small supermarket. A little further away are two boulangeries, two more supermarkets and more restaurants including the excellent Mirabelle. There is also local vet who will complete Pet Passports at a very reasonable price. The coast is a short drive away, at Cagnes sur Mer which has good facilities and some good restaurants of which our favourite is La Belle Histoire. Nice, Antibes and several old hilltop villages are easily accessible and a visit to the Gorge of Verdun makes a good day out.

Summary: Villa Angel is a fabulous home, perfect for our family of 4. Olivier was a great host, always available for any questions. The villa is even bigger than photos suggest and the pool area and garden are stunning. Our little one loved the swing and trampoline. You do need a car to get around and the little town is 2 mins away in the car with supermarket and bar and restaurant all nearby. It is perfect base to explore the area and we will definitely return and would recommend villa angel very highly.

Summary: We had 2 perfect weeks in this appartment which exceeded our expectation. The appartment is well equipped, almost nothing missing. Pool was fantastic, but the view from the terrasse is amazing. You can spend hours sitting there and looking at the mountains. Dog beach was reachable within 15 minutes by car, small shop reachable by foot and bigger shopping center 10 minutes by car. Olivier has been a great host who made everything to make our stay as much compfortable as possible. Thanks again for hosting us!!

Summary: Nice place with great views. Some parts, especially outside (entrance/pool area) could be better taken care of. But owner was really helpful and nice and eventhough they live in the same building, you had your own privacy: we had the pool area to our selves almost all the time. There was a construction site (they were building a house) next to this house which was pretty loud during the days - maybe something that should have been mentioned when making the reservation. Overall we had great holiday here!
